How do I review my account details?

Log in and open Profile. There you can review your username, email address, consent history shown in the app, saved birth data, and account settings.

How do I edit my account or saved birth data?

After logging in, go to Edit profile & birth data. You can update your account details, password, saved birth details, and news email preference there.

How do I delete my account?

Log in, go to Profile, and use the delete-account option. You will be asked to confirm the deletion and enter your current password.

What is deleted when I delete my account?

The self-service deletion flow removes your login, saved birth data, saved reports, and linked in-app audit records stored by this application. Because the service is account-based, deleting your account also removes access to prior reports stored in the app.

Do you use tracking cookies?

No. The site does not use tracking cookies. Any cookies used are limited to login, security, or other strictly necessary site functions.

Do you sell or share my data for advertising?

No. The site does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for advertising or marketing.
